We like to keep things fresh and flexible. Here’s how our subscriptions & pre-orders work, and what to do if you change your mind.
Subscriptions
Some Otto products can be set up on autopilot. That means we’ll send you repeat deliveries based on the schedule you choose. It's easy.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each order (unless you’ve paid up front). Some subscriptions renew automatically, so if you don’t want to continue, just hit cancel before the next charge rolls around.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime—no awkward emails. Your confirmation email has a link to manage everything.
Important note on returns:
If you forget to cancel and want to return your order, we totally get it. You can return it only if the packaging is fully sealed and unopened.
Once the deodorant has been opened or used, it’s not eligible for a refund (we can’t resell used pits).

Pre-orders
Pre-ordering lets you lock in a product before it’s back in stock or freshly launched. Depending on the item, we might charge the full amount up front, a partial deposit, or nothing at all. Either way, we’ll keep your payment method secure and charge you once we’re ready to ship.
If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it — no worries.
Once fulfilled, you can request a refund (partial or full), but standard return rules still apply.
