  • Free for orders over $60

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days)

  • Flat Rate: $15
  • Available for most locations

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

We aim to ensure smooth delivery, but if you experience any issues, please refer to the guidelines below:

  • Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@ottoforyou.com, and we’ll assist in tracking your package.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, notify us within 5 business days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Otto is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will:

  • Offer to reship the package after verifying your address (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • Issue a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping fees, if reshipping is not preferred.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer due to carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid potential disruptions.
